A manufacturer of LED, HD, halogen, and Xenon driving lights needed a partner to set up warehousing and distribution services on its behalf, while it focused on launching an aggressive national sales plan.

ASW set up a single-source, full-service U.S. distribution center (DC) that has grown with market sales. This DC is the sole DC serving the United States and handles the client's back office operations and outbound transportation.
Execution:
ASW set up an operation to consolidate all supply chain functions: product storage, custom packaging, order fulfillment, inventory management, and delivery. ASW devoted secure space for warehouse storage within its shared distribution center. It trained a dedicated team to serve as the call center, taking and handling all customer orders whether placed directly by end customer or distributor. ASW's fulfillment solution provided for both individual item picking, as well as case picking, along with tracking for outbound transportation.
