ASW has promoted two members of the Operations Team: Carlos Stevens and Ron Russell.
Carlos has been promoted to the newly created position of Vice President-Supply Chain Services. His primary responsibilities will focus on our Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement processes, Customer Service Operations, and NACD Compliance Certification—to name a few. Carlos started with ASW in June, 1987 and over his 33+ years with us has held multiple positions starting with Forklift Operator and including Supervisor, Manager, and his last position Director of Operations. Carlos will continue to report directly to Nick Mihiylov, President ASW Supply Chain Services.
Ron Russell has been promoted to Director of Operations. His primary responsibilities will remain focused on all supply chain departments inclusive of warehousing, fulfillment, and packaging. Ron was one of the original ASW associates joining the nascent company in 1983. During his first tour with us, he left to grow his transportation business, Akron Express. Ron returned to us three years ago as Warehouse Manager. Ron will continue to report directly to Carlos Stevens.
