A large healthcare system established a subsidiary, dedicated to selling wellness and lifestyle management products. It needed a partner to warehouse inventory and fulfill orders for its customers.

Execution:
ASW's Northeast Ohio distribution facility was an ideal location for the client, also headquartered in the region. ASW received approximately 1500 SKU's (including vitamins/supplements, books, wearable health technology, drinkware, snacks, powdered drink mixes, etc.) from both the client and its suppliers, inspected it, and inventoried it in designated storage areas within the facility. All SKU's were input into ASW's system. The client had an existing online store on a 3rd party platform with which ASW was able to interface and import orders. ASW received, picked, and packed all orders placed online and shipped them on the client's UPS account. When needed, ASW created kits and special gift baskets. ASW also handled customer returns and exchanges. All data related to orders, tracking, and inventory was exported back to the client's system.
